- Switch the billing cycle from monthly to yearly.
- Confirm. Whatever is left on your current paid plan is credited against the yearly price, so you only pay the difference. If the credit covers it in full, the switch happens with nothing to pay.
Subscriptions are billed in Naira, by card, bank transfer or USSD.
Cancelling a yearly plan early
You can cancel any time, and you keep everything you paid for until the year you bought runs out. There is no refund for the unused part, so cancelling early is the same as simply letting it run to the end. When the period finishes, your shop moves to Free rather than being cut off.
The same rule blocks a mid-period downgrade: while a paid plan is still running you can move up, but not down. Buvvo tells you the date you can switch from. Moving up is credited, so an upgrade never costs you the time you already paid for.
