Buvvo is free to start. You only move up when you need more replies, catalog room or seats. Paid plans come with a 7-day free trial, and no card is needed to try one.
- Free (₦0): 50 AI replies a month, a catalog of up to 20 items, 1 seat, basic checkout links, Pidgin & English AI, and 20 ready-made buyer answers. Good for testing or a very small shop.
- Growth (₦5,000/mo): 200 AI replies a month, a catalog of up to 50 items, 2 seats, order analytics, bulk product upload, and priority support within 4 hours.
- Scale (₦25,000/mo): unlimited AI replies, an unlimited catalog, 5 seats, advanced order analytics, custom AI tone setup, a dedicated success manager, and priority support within 1 hour.
Seat counts include you, so Growth is you plus one teammate and Scale is you plus four. Every plan runs one WhatsApp Business number: a second shop on a second number is set up as its own Buvvo shop.
Buvvo charges a flat subscription, never a percentage of your sales. Prices are before 7.5% VAT for Nigerian businesses; your invoice shows the VAT line clearly. Subscriptions are paid in Naira by card, bank transfer or USSD.
All plans include a Buvvo Marketplace listing, and you can cancel any time. Switch up or down inside Account → My plan.
