When a buyer finds you on the Marketplace, they land on your shop page. It’s built from the same catalog and shop details you manage in the dashboard, so there is no second profile to keep up to date.
Your shop details
- Shop name, logo and short description (Shop → My store).
- Category and shop type, so buyers browsing a category find you.
- Address, city and state, which is also what the location filters read.
- Business hours, delivery zones and your return policy, when you have set them.
- A button that opens a WhatsApp chat with your connected business number in one tap.
Your products
- Every product that is published in your catalog, with its photos, name and short description.
- Price in Naira, plus a struck-through “compare at” price when you have set one.
- The product’s category, and a clear “sold out” marker when stock runs out.
Your shop page is only as good as your catalog. Clear photos, current prices and accurate stock make buyers far more likely to start a chat.
Drafts and archived products never appear on your shop page, so you can prepare a listing before it goes public. Active products do appear, including ones that are sold out, which stay visible with a “sold out” marker.
