What each role can do (Owner → Analyst)

4 min readUpdated August 2026

Every teammate gets one role, chosen when you invite them and changeable any time from Account → My team. Give people the least access that lets them do their job.

  • Owner: full control. The only role that can invite people, change roles, edit shop settings and manage billing. There is one Owner, and it is the person who created the shop.
  • Manager: everything day to day except billing and the team. Catalog, WhatsApp connection, chats and orders.
  • Support: chats and orders. The day-to-day inbox role, with no access to your catalog, WhatsApp connection or settings.
  • Fulfillment: chats and orders, the same access as Support, for the person packing and dispatching.
  • Analyst: read-only. Stats and reports, nothing else. They cannot open chats or touch orders.
Roles are about access, not seats: every person you add uses one of your plan’s seats whichever role they have.
Hiring temporary help for a busy period? Support keeps them useful in the inbox without exposing your catalog, settings or billing. For an accountant or a partner who only needs the numbers, use Analyst.
