Returns & Exchanges - Items can only be returned or exchanged if the product received is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered. - Customers must notify NM GADGETS within 24 hours of receiving the item if there is any issue. - The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including its packaging, accessories, and other items supplied with it. - We may request clear photos or videos showing the issue before approving a return or exchange. 2. Change of Mind Returns or exchanges are not accepted simply because a customer changes their mind, chooses the wrong model/storage/color, or no longer wants the item after purchase.
