We accept returns/exchanges only in the following situations: The wrong size was sent due to an error on our part. The wrong design, colour or item was sent. The footwear has a confirmed manufacturing defect. For sizing issues, the footwear must be unworn, clean and in its original condition and packaging. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you need to report an issue. Items That Cannot Be Returned We do not accept returns for: Footwear that has been worn or used. Footwear with dirt, stains, scratches or signs of use. Damage caused by improper use or care. Slight variations that naturally occur with handmade products. Change of mind after production has started. Incorrect size selected by the customer, unless otherwise agreed with us before production.
