Items must be unused, unwashed, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with tags intact. Hair that has been altered, cut, dyed, washed, or installed cannot be returned. To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
